Neverland
The King of Pop turned a ranch in Santa Barbara County, California, into an amusement park and home.
He named his home after the fantasy land from children’s story 'Peter Pan' about the boy who never ages.
As well as rides there was even a zoo there and Michael lived there for years with his pets, including his beloved Chimpanzee Bubbles.
Michael would invite children from all over the world to come and stay at Neverland.
However, it has a dark side. He stopped living there after being acquitted of child abuse charges in 2005, and never returned, despite owning it until his death in 2009.
