Crossovers

'Magnum P.I.' had some very odd crossovers over the years.

During the episode 'Novel Connection', Magnum is arrested on suspicion of taking a life, and the only person who can prove his innocence is 'Murder She Wrote' character Jessica Fletcher (Dame Angela Lansbury).

The show also crossed paths with 'Simon and Simon' in Season 3, as both programmes were being made by CBS.

Shockingly, a crossover with 'Quantum Leap' was also on the cards, with the story meant to see Sam Beckett leap into Thomas' body, but the episode was sadly never made.
