Wolverine returns

If ‘Deadpool 3’ is known for anything, it’s that Hugh Jackman is returning as Wolverine!

The 55-year-old actor had played the superhero since ‘X Men’ (2000) but seemingly waved goodbye to the mutant role in 2017’s ‘Logan’.

However, in a video uploaded to Ryan Reynolds’ YouTube channel, Hugh revealed that he would be reprising the part for the Deadpool sequel.

Reflecting on the role in an interview with CNN, he said: "I really thought I was done. Like, I was at peace with it. I got asked every day, either in interviews or Ryan Reynolds ringing me, 'Can we do it again?' I'm like, 'No, I'm done.' Someone said to me, 'You know, after this, what is it you really wanna do?' And I was just driving down a day later and I thought, 'What do I want?' And it came to me like that, because when I keep thinking of me and Ryan and Deadpool and Wolverine, which are classic comic book rivals, there's also a dynamic that I've never really got to do before as Wolverine."
