R Rated

The first two Deadpool movies were Rated R, and took full advantage of the rating, with plenty of gory gags being crammed into the pictures.

So, when Disney bought 20th Century Fox in 2019 and announced they would be making a third entry into the franchise, many were worried the film would be toned down in order to achieve a PG-13 rating.

The company, however, has opted for an R rating, ensuring it will be as gruesome and crude as its predecessors.
