Princess Charlene of Monaco

Princess Charlene married Prince Albert of Monaco in 2011 but was an accomplished swimmer before marrying into the Principality's royal family.

She represented South Africa at the Sydney Olympic in 2000 and later won a silver medal at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester.

It was actually at a swimming event in Monte Carlo when she first met Prince Albert.
