The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, who has been dating Taylor Swift, also 34, since last summer, caused a stir by shoving the team’s coach Andy Reid, 65,

on the sidelines of the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday during their victorious Super Bowl 2024 face-off against the San Francisco49ers.

Andy has now laughed off the NFL star’s meltdown – which seemed to have been sparked when Travis apparently grew furious he didn’t receive the ball on a play – saying during a post-game interview with CBS: “He keeps me young.”

But Andy joked in the chat alongside his wife Tammy after the Chiefs beat the 49ers 25-22 in overtime: “Not so good (balance) – he tested that hip out. He caught me off-balance.

“Normally I get him a little bit, but I didn’t have any feet under me.”

Andy stressed there were no hard feelings following the tense moment – which came as Taylor watched Travis from her VIP suite – by telling reporters: “(Travis) loves to play the game and he loves to help his team win. It’s not a selfish thing.

“As much he bumps into me, I get after him. We understand that.”

Travis added to reporters about their brief clash: “Ah, you guys saw that? I’m a keep that between us unless my mic’d up tells the world.

“I was just telling him how much I love him.”

Travis also grew emotional during the post-game press conference as he described how he owes his career to Andy.

He added: “I got the greatest coach this game has ever seen. He’s unbelievable and not just in having everyone prepared. One of the best leaders of men I’ve ever seen in my life.”

Travis appeared to blow up at Andy after the Chiefs lost a significant pass made by quarterback Patrick Mahomes and demand he be put in the game.

He slammed his body into the coach, who momentarily lost his balance, before grabbing his arm and shouting at him.

Chiefs player Jerick McKinnon quickly dragged Travis away from Andy.

A source told Page Six: “(Travis is) just a passionate player and everyone’s on edge. It’s the Super Bowl! But there was no mal intent.

“He respects Coach Reid. It’s really just about the passion of the game. It wasn’t anything serious.”
