The Traitors is competing with itself at the National Television Awards 2026.

The full longlist of nominations for voting has been revealed for the prestigious event, which will be hosted by Joel Dommett for the sixth year in a row when it returns to The O2 in London on September 8.

In the Reality Competition category, The Traitors is going up against its own celebrity spinoff, with both BBC shows capturing the imagination of viewers.

ITV has some shows in a similar position, with I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and I'm A Celebrity... South Africa both on the longlist, while Love Island and Love Island All Stars are also up for the vote.

Elsewhere in the longlist, the likes of Big Brother, Dating Naked, Hunted, Race Across The World, The Apprentice and The Neighbourhood are all nominated.

The Traitors star Claudia Winkleman will be hoping to claim the TV Presenter crown after Gary Lineker (who isn't on the longlist this year) ended Ant and Dec's 23-year streak in 2025.

The Geordie duo will be looking to reclaim their prize, but the longlist is a who's who of British TV, including the likes of Bradley Walsh, Alison Hammond, Alan Carr, Freddie Flintoff, Graham Norton, Jeremy Clarkson, Lee Mack, Martin Lewis, Rob Brydon, Tom Allen and many more.

Sir David Attenborough, who recently celebrated his 100th birthday, is part of the voting field.

Other categories include New Drama, which features everything from Believe Me, Alien: Earth and heated Rivalry to Riot Woman, The Testaments and Young Sherlock.

For the Quiz Show prize, the longlist includes Alan Carr's Picture Slam, Celebrity Mastermind, Pointless, Richard Osman's House of Games, The Weakest Link and many more, while the Returning Drama longlist includes Beyond Paradise, Rivals, Stranger Things, The Night Manager and other heavy hitters.

Other categories included in the voting are Comedy, Serial Drama, Factual Entertainment, Daytime, Talent Show, Reality Docuseries, Authored Documentary, and performance categories.

The NTA shortlist will be confirmed in August in line with the final round of voting, with the winners announce at the ceremony on ITV later this year.

Voting for the longlist is available now for free at www.nationaltvawards.com until 11pm on May 29.
