Sherrie Hewson 'desperate' for more tweakments
Despite already having had two facelifts and a necklift to make herself feel better, Sherrie Hewson wants more tweakments because she is still not happy with her image.
Sherrie Hewson is "desperate" to have more tweakments done.
The 75-year-old actress had facelifts in 2000 and 2020, as well as a neck lift to make her feel better about her image, but Sherrie is not satisfied with the results because she cannot bear to look at herself in the mirror.
The Benidorm legend explained in the new issue of Bella magazine: "I've always been very open that I've had a couple of facelifts and a neck lift. Why hide it when everyone can tell?
"I'm desperate to have more - I look in the mirror, and I can't bear it. I may look OK in pictures, but that's filters for you!
"Looking good is important to me. I would rather bury myself in my back garden than go outside without make-up on."
Sherrie would never use fat jabs, such as Ozempic - which is used to treat type 2 diabetes, as well as slash the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events - to achieve a slender frame.
The former Loose Women panellist continued: "But I've never done anything like an extreme diet. I've never had to. I can't think of anything worse than using something like Ozempic."
Elsewhere in her interview with the publication, Sherrie - who married artist Hector Blamey in 1972, but ended in divorce in 1974 - is not interested in finding love.
The Celebrity Big Brother 2015 housemate - who then wed Ken Boyd in 1983, but separated in 2001 after he cheated on her, and divorced in 2011 - quipped: "I might go on a dating show for a laugh."
Sherrie - who has a 42-year-old daughter called Keeley with Ken - then said: "I'm not seriously interested. What do I want a man for?
"I was married for 25 years, I've been there and done that! I don't want to share a bed or a bathroom with anyone else. I can't think of anyone I'd be interested in - perhaps [actor] Robert Redford circa 1975, but we can't go back in time.
"I don't think there are many men out there who could cope with me. I am who I am, and I'm not going to change."
