Scarlett Moffatt will appear on the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special.
Scarlett Moffatt is set to star on the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special.
The 35-year-old TV star will be paired with Strictly professional dancer Vito Coppola when she enters the Strictly Christmas ballroom this December.
Scarlett said: "Strictly has always held a special place in my heart, so being part of the Christmas Special feels truly magical.
"It’s the show that brings everyone together around the TV, and being part of that is a genuine personal and career highlight. I’m sure it’ll also introduce me to a few muscles I didn’t know I had. I can’t wait to live my best life on that dancefloor."
The next celebrity taking part in the Strictly Christmas special will be revealed on the Radio 2 Breakfast Show with Scott Mills on Monday (24.11.25).
Meanwhile, Jay McGuiness is set to make a return to Strictly Come Dancing.
The 35-year-old star - who won the BBC show back in 2016 - is set to return to Strictly alongside Ashley Roberts, Danny Mac, and Layton Williams for a special routine that will see them each revisit one of their most famous moments on the show.
Jay said: "I feel extremely lucky to be part of the Strictly alumni that are going to shake our booties again. I’m ready to have some fun with the old gang and the new gang."
The four returning stars are set to perform a joyful celebration of dance at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom.
Ashley - who previously reached the Strictly finals - said: "I’m so excited and grateful to be back on the shiny floor in Blackpool again. Nearly a decade later, let’s see if these jive legs can still do their thing! Sequins always help, I’m sure."
Danny is also thrilled to be returning to the BBC show.
He said: "Dancing in Blackpool was an absolute highlight of my time on Strictly.
"To be heading back up to The Tower Ballroom once again is as thrilling as it is terrifying, but I can’t wait to be reunited with all the wonderful people who make this show."
