Christine Lampard reacts to ITV's Lorraine rebrand calls
Viewers of ITV's Lorraine have called for the show to be rebranded after guest hosts, including Christine Lampard and Ranvir Singh, regularly step in for main presenter Lorraine Kelly when she is absent, but Christine insists the programme will always be called Lorraine.

Christine Lampard rejects Lorraine viewers' demands for the ITV show to be rebranded after a series of host shake-ups.
The 46-year-old TV presenter, as well as Ranvir Singh, 48, have regularly guest-fronted the broadcaster's breakfast magazine programme when main host Lorraine Kelly, 65, has been absent.
As Christine and Ranvir go down a hit when they present the show, fans have called for Lorraine to be rebranded Christine or Ranvir when the duo are in charge - but Christine says no.
Christine - who is married to 47-year-old Coventry City Football Club manager Frank Lampard - exclusively told BANG Showbiz at the 2025 Best Heroes Awards, sponsored by DFS: "Oh no!
"Lorraine is Lorraine. She’s the icon and God, we all love her, and it’s a privilege to even remotely step into her shoes.
"She’s the Queen!"
Lorraine viewers have called for the show to be rebranded since Kelly has not hosted her programme multiple times over the past few years.
A tongue-in-cheek X account called @LorraineKWatch - which has amassed over 20,000 followers - launched in February 2023, and it documents when Lorraine does and does not present her eponymous 9am to 10am show.
It also posts a percentage of how many times Lorraine has hosted the programme throughout the year, as well as if she is appearing on another show while her programme airs.
@LorraineKWatch also tells its followers how many episodes of Lorraine Christine and Ranvir have hosted throughout the year.
The account's bio reads: "The self-appointed attendance officer of daytime TV.
"Satire account tracking Lorraine Kelly’s attendance. Watch #Lorraine at 9am on ITV, STV and UTV."
One user responded to the account saying: "Rename the show!"
In February 2024, Lorraine reacted to @LorraineKWatch, and she "didn't" care about it.
Appearing on BBC Radio 4 Woman's Hour at the time, the presenter told 47-year-old host Anita Rani: "I know, the amount of space that I occupy in people's heads is quite bizarre. It's fine. I don't mind, I don't care.
"I probably would have cared before, but I really don't now, it's absolutely fine."
Lorraine pleaded for kindness because at the time, the reason she was missing from her ITV show was that she was looking after her ill mum, Anne.
The star added: "But you should never comment on things like that if you don't know what is going on in people's lives.
"But I am having to take quite a few Fridays off because my mum is really not well.
"So I can go home now and spend some more time with her and help her a bit more than I have been able to.
"So that is happening just now, but that will change. I have been doing five days a week for 40 years, so I am just taking a wee bit of time off and, obviously, this week is half term, which is why I am able to talk to you!"
Following Lorraine's reaction and tough family admission, @LorraineKWatch issued a statement.
It read: "It feels apt to say now that of course we respect that Lorraine may need more time away to look after her mother.
"There is, and never has been, any malice behind this account. It is all for fun and we are happy that @reallorraine seems to understand that."
