Suki Waterhouse's nervous system "will never be the same" after opening for Taylor Swift.

The model-turned-singer took to the stage at London's Wembley Stadium to open for pop superstar Taylor on Sunday night (18.08.24) and Suki has admitted it was a dream come true because the last time she was at the venue it was to attend a concert on the singer's previous tour.

In a post on Instagram, Suki explained: "The last time I was at Wembley I was dancing my ass off at the 'Reputation' tour! Never did I think the next time I’d be here would be opening for my favourite artist with my friends and family in the crowd.

"Thank you @taylorswift for this once in a lifetime opportunity to perform in my beloved London and for the unwavering support in my own journey as an artist. You are the world’s biggest and brightest star, I love you so much."

She added: "My nervous system will never be the same after last night ... "

After the support was announced, Suki previously wrote in a post on social media: "It feels like an honour to simply exist at the same time as @taylorswift, let alone be an opener for her on the biggest and best tour ever. A dream come true that I never want to wake up from ... "

During Sunday night's show, Taylor also gave a shout out to her pal, telling the audience: "She’s someone I get to call a friend. I’ve been such a fan of her music for so long. She absolutely crushed it here tonight, and this was her hometown show.

"Give it up for Suki Waterhouse!"

Taylor is performing her second run of dates at Wembley Stadium on her 'The Eras' tour. The London shows end with one final concert on Monday night (19.08.24).
