Diane Keaton

In 1989, the Oscar-winning actress played a woman suffering from the condition in comedy-drama 'The Lemon Sisters'.

It was a role that Diane found easy to get into as she channelled her own experience of childhood asthma into her character. Keaton recalled how a coughing fit once made her think she was dying.
