Hugh Jackman: James Bond - Casino Royale (2006)
Hugh Jackman revealed he turned down the chance to play James Bond after Pierce Brosnan hung up his tuxedo following 2002's Die Another Day'.
He told Variety: “I was about to do X2: X-Men United and I was worried that between Bond and X-Men, I’d never have time to do anything different. People would never let me do different roles.” Daniel Craig ultimately took over as 007 in Casino Royale, which was the start of a five-film run that grossed over $3.7 billion worldwide.
