Frankie Muniz

Famous for playing the title character in the sitcom Malcolm in the Middle, Muniz, 39, quit acting around 2006 to chase real-life adrenaline - racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

He credits stepping away from TV as something that "saved my life".
