The actor voiced the bounty hunter droid IG-11/IG-12 in the first and third seasons of the show, and also directed the episode ‘Chapter 8: Redemption’.

After ‘The Mandalorian’, Waititi is set to direct an upcoming movie set in the galaxy far, far away, though details about the project are being kept under wraps.
