Brutal, heart-wrenching and provocative, ‘Logan’ is easily Hugh Jackman’s best outing as the Wolverine, and is also the best film on his portfolio.

The 2017 flick - which also stars Sir Patrick Stewart and Dafne Keen - follows the aged superhero as he tries to protect a young mutant from sinister forces who want to capture her.

Although there are a few lighter moments in sprinkled throughout the picture, ‘Logan’ is very much a dark and grounded take on the character, and its climactic conclusion gives audience some much-needed closure on the hero’s 17-year-long cinematic journey.

So, with all that said, will the upcoming ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’ be able to top this masterpiece?
