The Godfather: Part II

Sequels that are better than their predecessors are usually called ‘The Godfather: Part II’ of the series, and after watching the movie in question, its not hard to see why the film has been given this moniker!

The film builds on the aspects of family and loyalty in a natural and compelling way, and the script and acting - particularly regarding Robert De Niro’s performance as Vito Corleone - makes the film a masterpiece.

Not only is ‘The Godfather: Part II’ easily the best in the franchise, the flick is often regarded as one of the best pictures of all time.
