Schindler's List
The historical film is Spielberg's favourite project. It tells the story of Oskar Schindler (Liam Neeson) - an industrialist who attempts to save the lives of his Jewish employees from the Holocaust during World War II.
Spielberg felt that the picture was needed to teach important lessons about history and continues to be very "important" in the present day.
Reflecting on the movie, the director said: "Holocaust denial was on the rise again — that was the entire reason I made the movie in 1993.
"It had a vital message that is more important today than it even was in 1993 because antisemitism is so much worse today than it was when I made the film."
