Jurassic Park
Spielberg helmed the 1993 picture that marked the launch of the dinosaur franchise but ended being overcome by bitterness as he was working on the emotive historical epic 'Schindler's List' at the same time.
He told Empire magazine: "Everybody on that day was amazed and devastated to experience a fraction of what it must have been like for all the prisoners, spending night in unheated barracks, hugging each other just to raise body temperature. I always think back to the filming of Auschwitz.
"I didn’t anticipate what it would feel like after I returned from the set to spend three hours going over ILM (Industrial Light and Magic) effects shots of' Jurassic Park' and how angry I was and how I resented having to do that.
"I would sit there angry and bitter giving notes on how a Tyrannosaurus Rex should run chasing a jeep, when all I could think of was what I had shot that day in Krakow."
