The Xenomorph is the terrifying alien that hunts the Nostromo's crew.

Made decades before CGI was a special effects option, the creature was portrayed by a man in a suit.

Nigerian graphics student Bolaji Badejo – who stood at 6 feet and 10 inches - had been spotted in a London pub by a casting agent, who then immediately called Ridley Scott to tell them they had found their alien.

Bolaji later said: “As soon as I walked in Ridley Scott knew he’d found the right person.”
