Despite having such a heavy focus on guns and violence, and a massive shoot-out in every episode there is only one on-screen death in the entire run of the show.

During the episode ‘The Sound of Thunder’ in Season 4, General Fulbright, who was played by Jack Ging and had appeared in several episodes since the first series, bit the bullet fighting side-by-side with the team.
