George Peppard and Mr. T didn’t get on, at all.

When the programme first aired, Peppard was the most recognisable star, thanks to his role as Paul Varjak in 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' with Audrey Hepburn, whilst Mr. T was a newcomer to showbiz.

However, quickly Mr. T's BA character quickly became the star of the show thanks to his distinct look, something that Peppard hated.

Their relationship only soured further once George learned that Mr. T was getting paid more than him.
