Joey turns 51 today, but will find it very difficult to top his 2023 birthday celebrations.

The singer was a ‘90s heartthrob as a member of New Kids on the Block, and created some of the most iconic music of the era. He was also the youngest member of the boy band - which also included Jonathan Knight, Donnie Wahlberg, Jordan Knight and Danny Wood.

Last year, Joey performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City for his 50th birthday, and loved every second of it.

He told People: "I didn't want the entire night to be a whole 'this is my life' thing but it's hard to not do that when there are so many important moments and people who have allowed me to get here. I felt very present the entire night. For something that was so monumental to me, I think the only thing I could have asked for was to just be present and not feel like the moment was too big.”
