During a performance at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri, the 'Sunflower' rapper fell down a ramp, as medics rushed him off-stage.

Luckily, Malone returned a few minutes later and apologised to his fans for the incident.

He said: "I want to thank you for your patience, and I’m sorry there was a big hole in the stage. I want to say thank you to everybody for hanging in there, and I want to say thank you everybody, I got the best fans in the world."
