The Crown

Emerald is very well known for portraying a young Camilla Parker Bowles in Netflix royal drama 'The Crown'.

The 38-year-old actress played Camilla - who is now Queen due to her marriage to King Charles - between 2019 and 2020. depicting her affair with Charles when he was Prince of Wales and married to Princess Diana.

Her performance earned her a Screen Actor's Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama.

Reflecting on her role to Vogue, she explained that she felt like she was destined to play Camilla.

She said: "I absolutely love Camilla and am very grateful that my teenage years have well prepared me for playing a serial snogger with a pudding-bowl haircut.”
