Dolores O’Riordan (1971-2018)
The Cranberries singer died from drowning due to alcohol intoxication in 2018 at the age of 46. Three years before her death, the ‘Linger’ hitmaker told the Belfast Telegraph newspaper that she did not expect to live until she was 50. Asked what she would say to herself, Dolores responded: “That it is not your fault. And I love you. Be nice to yourself. And slow down. Because I am not going to live that long. I'm 43. If I see 50, I'll be happy. I mean that."
