In 2017, Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland, 42, released her book ‘Whoa, Baby’, a guide for new moms out there.

In the book, Kelly talks about the issues she personally faced after giving birth.

A paragraph reads: "These are things that happen! We're human — it happens! Every mother has experienced it in one shape or another, and it's important to open the dialogue for it. Urinary incontinence, (for example). Being out in public, you sneeze or share a giggle with one of your friends ... and you're thinking, I cannot believe this happened to me."
