The 29-year-old actor split from pop superstar Britney Spears, 41, earlier this year after just under a year of marriage but revealed that he finds the satirical character created and performed by Sacha Baron Cohen to be "extremely sexy".
Asked who he would most like to get intimate with, he told Interview magazine: "Borat. I’m attracted to his mustache. I find the way he says 'very nice' extremely sexy. Haha."
Sam didn't directly talk about his estranged wife in the interview and even when asked for the initial of the person who has "hurt" him the most in life, he quickly hinted that he was not referring to Britney even though their name began with a B.
He said: "B. My high school football coach really did kick my a**."
Meanwhile, Sam also revealed that he is "not a fan" of sleep and only heads to bed when he absolutely needs to.
He said: "I’m not a fan of sleeping. I only sleep if I need to. The second my head hits the pillow I fall asleep. I have a love-and-hate relationship with sleep."
When the former couple decided to part ways earlier this year, Sam - who met Britney when he worked on her music video for 'Slumber Party' in 2016 - wished Britney "all the best" as he asked for kindness and consideration from fans.
In a post on Instagram, he wrote: "After six years of love and commitment to each other, my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Asking for privacy seems [ridiculous] so I will just ask for everyone ... to be kind and thoughtful."
By contrast, the 'Lucky' hitmaker revealed that the split had come as a "shock" to her.
She said: "Six years is a long time to be with someone so I'm a little shocked but … I'm not here to explain why because it's honestly nobody's business !!! But, I couldn't take the pain anymore honestly!"
