Kristin Cavallari believes reality TV creates too much "stress" for her.

The 37-year-old star has insisted that she won't return to a reality TV show, as Kristin feels she's able to enjoy "the best of both worlds" with her podcast series, 'Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari'.

Asked if she's interested in making a return to reality TV, Kristin told E! News: "No, I'm very happy.

"I feel like the podcast is a nice way to stay connected to my audience without it offering up all that stress that comes with doing a reality show. And it's on my terms, so I can talk about what I want to talk about. So, it's the best of both worlds for me."

The former 'Hills' star - who divorced Jay Cutler in 2022 - feels really "happy" with where she's currently at in her life.

Kristin - who has Camden, 11, Jaxon, nine, and Saylor, eight, with her ex-husband - said: "Life is really good. I feel like I'm just on cruise control.

"Like, I'm just allowing life to happen. I'm having fun. I'm mostly just mom, and I'm working on my podcast. I'm happy."

Meanwhile, Kristin previously revealed that she's surprised to be on "good terms" with Jay.

The TV star said on the 'Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari' podcast: "I never thought we would get here. I never thought we would get here. I didn’t. I’m so happy about it.

"Oh my god. I’m so happy about it because, you know, everyone wins when parents are on good terms."

Kristin and Jay are determined to make their children their number one priority, and she's "thankful" that they're still on friendly terms.

She said: "My kids see it, I mean, it’s just easier. And listen, I get it. When people’s hearts are breaking, it’s really difficult. It’s really, really difficult, and so, you know, seeing Jay happy is the best.

"That’s what I care about because I obviously see the benefits, my kids see the benefits, and yeah, life is really good right now, and I’m so thankful for it."
