Alex Jones is considering having cosmetic surgery.
The One Show host may go under the knife to fix her "droopy cheeks and chin".
She is quoted by the Daily Mail newspaper's Eden Confidential column as saying: "I'm starting to think that everything seems to be losing gravity around the mouth-chin area.
"I did a bit of googling and asked, 'What is the best thing to do for droopy cheeks and chin?' It came up with all sorts of things... like fillers or a facelift, basically."
Alex, 49, added: "I'd never say never because we live up to impossible goals. Everybody's doing it, and so everybody looks like they never age beyond about 35 to 40 anymore."
It comes months after the TV presenter said her eldest child, son Ted, nine, is "more comfortable in his own skin than I have ever been".
In June, Alex - who also has son Kit, six, and daughter Annie, four, with her husband, insurance broker Charlie Thomson - said she is aiming to live until "at least 100", and she credited fun for a joyous life.
She told Woman and Home magazine: "It’s so important to have fun in life, because without fun, what’s the point?
"We laugh a lot as a family, and I would choose a big old barbecue in the garden with family, or drinks in the kitchen that accidentally go on until 3am, over going to a party, any time. I love being at home more than anything."
The star admitted she feels "lucky to be alive" ahead of her 50th birthday on March 18, 2027.
Alex said: "I’ll celebrate my 50th with my family and school friends. My school friends are still my best friends, so we’ve got a couple of 50th trips planned.
"We are all lucky to be alive and live the lives we do, and that’s to be celebrated."
Alex also spoke candidly about her health concerns ahead of her milestone birthday, including fears she may inherit her mum Mary's experience of early menopause.
She shared: "I worried about early menopause because my mum had hers at 33. She didn't even blink and had no symptoms. She had me and my sister at 24 and 26, so it worked well for her in some respects.
"Perimenopause has definitely hit me now, and the main thing that helps me is nutrition and exercise."
Alex has been more health-conscious since having Ted, Kit, and Annie.
She said: "I'm really, really aware that I need to be around for them, so I started to look after myself more.
"I can't bear the thought of leaving them. That sharpens your focus - you realise what's important."
