But 39-year-old Bobby - who currently has no plans to get more work done - is paying no attention to his critics as the TV personality declared he will have more surgery or tweakments if he feels the need to.
He told the Daily Star on behalf of OLBG: "Everyone always says to me, 'Is that it now?' And I'm like, 'I don't want to say that,' and then someone pulls this interview out in three years.
"As it stands, there's nothing. But I'm not going to sit here and lie, so if in years to come if I want something, then I just think, if you want something and there's a way of doing it, why not?"
In March, Bobby - who previously revealed he has spent over £50,000 on fillers - sparked concern after he revealed his swollen and bruised face following a face and neck lift.
The Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins 2024 recruit took to Instagram and posted a post-surgery video from his hospital bed.
He said: "So I had surgery done yesterday, so this is my first day post-op.
"I thought I'd do an update for you. So I've had a facelift, I had a lower blepharoplasty, which is the lowest skin under your eyes, and a neck lift."
Bobby then joked: "We're not getting the Vogue cover this month."
He concluded: "I just thought I'd do a little update to show you where we're at in terms of journey and process. So, ta-da! Oh, dear."
The post's caption read: "Fresh out of surgery… Face + Neck Lift + Lower Blepharoplasty completed yesterday.
"This is DAY 1. The real transformation happens over the next few weeks.. Wait for the healing process… (sic)"
However, the video left some fans concerned for Bobby.
In the post's comments section, one person penned: "Oh bobby what are you doing to yourself..hope you’re well. (sic)"
A second user typed: "You were lovely the way you were Bobby. But wishing you speedy healing anyways (sic)."
And a third supporter questioned: "Why are you doing this?"
However, many other supporters jumped to his defence.
One fan commented: "Everyone asking why? Why does it matter to any of us? It's his face his body, let him be, you might not agree, but you are all just making him probably feel even worse."
A second person left: "To all the haters, leave him alone. His face his decision, this is normal surgical recovery. I support it fully, I'm excited to see your results darling x (sic)."
And a third follower penned: "Hope you get the results you have been dreaming about. Speedy recovery xxx (sic)."
Bobby - who has had many procedures in the past, such as 360 liposuction and eyelid surgery - has been open about struggles with his body image.
He previously told the Daily Mail: "I was self-conscious comparing myself to the other guys [on TOWIE] because they were like Adonis's, they were chiselled, muscular and fair play to them, it wasn't their fault, they weren't making me feel that way... it was my own insecurities.
"I am proud because I look back to where I was at, and I know where I am now."
