The Apprentice 2026 finalist Karishma Vijay and her longtime boyfriend are engaged.

The skincare brand owner posted a series of cute shots from their romantic beach proposal on Instagram on Tuesday (14.04.26) - days before Karishma and Pascha Myhill battle it out to win the £250,000 investment from show boss Lord Alan Sugar.

In the Instagram photo carousel, Karishma showed off her sparkly gold engagement ring whilst dressed in a stunning white ankle-length dress that featured huge cut-out panels and dazzling beads.

And her partner - not named - sported a white shirt and black trousers as the couple enjoyed their romantic moment on the sand.

Karishma captioned the sweet upload: "Hardest soft launch."

Her fellow Apprentice candidates rushed to the post's comments section to congratulate the smitten couple.

Pascha penned: "This is so beautiful, you deserve all the love in the world girl! Congratulations to you both."

Rothna Akhtar typed: "OMG BABYGIRLLLLLL, you deserve the world and more. WE ARE ALL CRYING. (sic)"

And Harry Clough wrote: "OMG. This is amazing. You are literally killing life (sic)."

Fans also showered Karishma and her partner with congratulatory messages.

One supporter commented: "Ahhh this is so cute!!! So happy for you girllll (sic)."

A second follower reacted: "Finally. So happy for you (sic)."

And a third fan said: "What a week it’s turning out to be! Huge congrats Karishma! Now win the series."

Karishma and Pascha passed the brutal interviews stage on April 9, and they went through to the April 16 final, in which they will pitch their business plans and try to win over Lord Sugar to secure his £250,000 investment into their businesses.

Karishma is hoping to inject the investment into her skincare-infused beauty brand, Kishkin – the Skincare Miracle.

Pascha's business plan, meanwhile, is a recruitment company within private healthcare, focusing on supplying experienced, compliant, and compassionate professionals to private nursing homes, care homes, supported living services, and domiciliary care providers and nurseries within the UK.

The latest odds from online bookmaker Betway are that Karishma has been named as the 2/5 favourite to win the £250,000 investment, while Pascha is close behind at 2/1 to be crowned the champion.

Lewis Knowles, spokesperson at Betway, said: "The 20th series of The Apprentice has been one of the most attention-grabbing yet, from the first task taking all 20 candidates to Hong Kong, to surprise double and even triple firings scattered over the following weeks.

"All roads lead to this grand finale, with Karishma Vijay and Pascha Myhill battling out for the £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar.

"After a solid business plan and proven track record, Karishma is the 2/5 favourite to win the investment to expand her currently growing skincare-infused beauty brand.

"Though she’s in tough competition with her fellow finalist, Pascha, who is priced at 2/1 to win the investment.

"Despite a slip-up during the interview stage by not having a fully fleshed out business plan, Pascha’s enthusiasm and idea to target the recruitment side of the private healthcare sector has clearly caught the interest of Lord Sugar.

"With the final in close distance, could Karishma be ready to seal the deal? Only time will tell!"

The Apprentice Final airs on Thursday (16.04.26) at 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
