Harry Hill has been unmasked on The Masked Singer.

The 61-year-old comedy star - who is best known for hosting Harry Hill's TV Burp - has exited the ITV show, after it was revealed that he was inside the Red Panda costume.

Harry subsequently joked that his wife thought he was "choking on a Pot Noodle" as he rehearsed for the show.

The comedy star also joked about the rumours surrounding Red Panda's identity.

He quipped: "I must quickly apologise to Alan Carr..."

Harry performed I Got A Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas during his time on the TV show, but his efforts weren't enough to save him from an early exit.

Last weekend, Anton Du Beke was unmasked as Arctic Fox on The Masked Singer.

After his exit was confirmed, Anton - who performed Barbra Streisand’s Woman in Love - explained: "I am so glad you thought it was a drag queen because I was giving it the full RuPaul bifta.

"I was clenching and releasing every second - I don’t know how I’m going to go back."

Elsewhere, pop star Kate Nash was also unmasked as Monkey Business.

The singer - who performed As Long As He Needs Me from the classic musical Oliver! - admitted that she loved her time on the hit TV show.

Kate - whose hits include Foundations and Do-Wah-Doo - told host Joel Dommett: "I really enjoyed being the monkey. As soon as I saw the costume, I thought she was iconic!"

Kate found competing on the show to be a "unique experience".

However, she also battled some nerves during her time on The Masked Singer.

She said: "I was so nervous about it but then I got really nervous about the mask coming off and how it was going to feel singing without the mask. It's like a little comfort zone, you're not worrying about anything else when you're in there.

"It was a unique experience - it's going to be hard to give her up."
