Vogue Williams got "hypnotised for cockroaches" before she did I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!.
The 40-year-old media personality - who was the third star to be voted off the ITV jungle survival show by viewers on Monday (01.12.25) - wanted to be in a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration to help conquer her fear of the insects in the gruesome Bushtucker Trials.
Appearing on ITV's Lorraine on Tuesday morning (02.12.25), Vogue said: "I got hypnotised for cockroaches because I'm so petrified of cockroaches, and it's, obviously, a favourite of theirs on the show, and I did get to face that fear.
"I mean, I was probably hypnotised against seeing a cockroach in a bathroom. I don't know if it worked having thousands of them poured onto my head, but I think it was fine in the end.
"But you'll never understand the stench of cockroaches. It never leaves your hair, it never leaves your clothes. I probably still smell like a cockroach."
Vogue - who loved her experience on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! - was a late arrival with Celebs Go Dating star Tom Read Wilson, 39, as the pair became in charge of the Bush Explorers challenge.
Vogue wished she could have been on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! when this year's series kicked off on November 16.
But arriving into camp late meant she could spend more time with her children - Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, two, whom she has with her 37-year-old husband, Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews.
She said: "To be honest with you, it probably would've been better to have done it from the start, but at the same time, it was really good for me and my kids to get to go in later because I got to spend more time with them, it was less time away, and that made it easier.
"And I went in with Tom, and I love Tom so much. And eventually, the camp just allowed us in, and we all made really good friends.
"And by the end, I just felt like a part of the group, and it was just really lovely."
Vogue was greeted by her agent, Louisa McDonald, after leaving the Australian jungle because Spencer is currently competing in an Iron Man competition.
However, Vogue has spoken to him.
She said: "He was the first person I spoke to when I came out, and it was so nice to hear in there my letter that he'd done his six triathlons, and now he's in Antarctica waiting to do his final one, and to see that he is going to, hopefully, complete his challenge.
"It's just been amazing to come out and see all of that, and just to talk to him because we spend so much time together, and I've never not spoken to him for this long - him or the kids.
"So just getting out and being able to talk to my whole family has been unbelievable. I've missed them so much."
