Vogue Williams has revealed she is expecting another baby boy – with the heavily pregnant presenter admitting she and husband Spencer Matthews are still struggling to decide what to call their fourth child.

The 40-year-old Irish presenter, who is due to give birth within weeks, confirmed the news alongside Spencer, 38, and their children in a YouTube video on Monday (17.08.26.)

The couple, who married in 2018, are already parents to sons Theodore, seven, and Otto, four, and daughter Gigi, six, and announced in April their family was expanding again.

Turning to Spencer during the video, Vogue said: “Will we say what we’re having?”

Spencer replied: “We know, obviously. Have you not told people?”

Vogue said: “I don’t know. I just got a feeling there.”

The couple then turned the camera towards Theodore and Gigi, who were sitting in the back of their car, and asked the children whether their new sibling would be a boy or a girl.

Gigi shouted: “A boy!”

Vogue then confirmed: “We’re having another boy.”

Spencer added: “We’re owed a nice, sensitive soul.”

The couple had already known the sex of their fourth child for months.

Spencer revealed in May they had discovered it through a blood test but were keeping the result private at the time.

Fans had subsequently speculated Vogue might be expecting another daughter after she wore a shimmering pink outfit to her baby shower in June, prompting suggestions that the colour was a clue.

Vogue and Spencer are now facing another decision before their son arrives – choosing his name.

Vogue asked viewers to leave suggestions in the comments beneath the video as the couple continue considering their options.

Their latest family news comes after Vogue shared details of a trip to Hampshire with Spencer and the children this month.

She described the realities of traveling as a family of five, including children’s “meltdowns” and a frightening moment when Otto briefly went missing, prompting what she described as her own “personal meltdown”.

Vogue has also recently spoken about the family’s home life as they prepare for the new arrival, telling Ideal Home that her “happy place” is their house in Howth, Dublin, while discussing her love of interiors and plans for their new home.

The pregnancy follows months in which Vogue and Spencer have also publicly addressed speculation about their marriage.

The rumors intensified after Spencer stepped away from their joint podcast, Spencer and Vogue, as he pursued other projects.

Vogue addressed the speculation directly earlier this year, insisting the couple remained together and saying she was particularly concerned about their children encountering rumours about their parents.

In a social media statement, she said: “It’s with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up!

“I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours, but this just keeps coming up.

“It’s disappointing to see this narrative being pushed almost daily when it’s absolutely not true, and much more importantly, I don’t want my children hearing these lies in the playground.

“We’re not sure what the angle is or where it’s coming from, but the whole thing feels very strange and mean. We’re very happily married and in love and I hope posting the truth on my own platform might make it stop.”

Vogue subsequently discussed the divorce speculation during an appearance on Jamie Laing’s Great Company podcast in May, where she also spoke about expecting her fourth child and why she believes she and Spencer work well together.

The couple married at Spencer’s family’s Glen Affric estate in Scotland in 2018 after becoming engaged following a West End performance of The Lion King.

Vogue first became known through Irish reality series Fade Street before appearing on shows including Dancing with the Stars and winning Bear Grylls: Mission Survive.

More recently she has become known for her podcasts, including My Therapist Ghosted Me with Joanne McNally, and appeared on I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2025.

Spencer, meanwhile, rose to prominence as an original cast member of Made in Chelsea and has since appeared on programs including Celebrity MasterChef and The Jump.

He also completed 30 marathons in 30 days in 2024, earning a Guinness World Record.

The couple announced the latest pregnancy in April when Vogue posted photographs showing her baby bump on Instagram and wrote: “BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING… .”
