'I've got a confidence that I never ever had before': Josie Gibson is loving life at 40
This Morning presenter Josie Gibson intends to "embrace each year" after celebrating her 40th birthday in January.

Josie Gibson considers ageing to be a "privilege".
The This Morning presenter celebrated her 40th birthday earlier this year and explained that she has embraced the milestone point in her life.
Josie – who rose to fame after winning Big Brother back in 2010 – told Closer magazine: "I still feel like I'm 25. Well, my personality says 25, but my body says 55!
"My life has just got better and better, so I try to embrace each year because I feel so lucky. I see ageing as a privilege. You know yourself at 40 – I've got a confidence that I never ever had before.
"I always used to have imposter syndrome, but now I don't – I am happy with who I am. You care less the older you get."
She continued: "I'm at the stage of my life where I just want to have fun. I just want to enjoy the moment, and if you're doing that, you make good telly."
Josie has been a regular contributor on This Morning since 2019 – even stepping in to host the ITV daytime show when regular presenters Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley are away – and loves the tight-knit atmosphere behind-the-scenes on the programme.
She said: "I love doing the show, it's like a proper family and you feel so looked after. You feel cushioned every time you go in there. The atmosphere is brilliant behind the scenes, and everyone works so hard."
Gibson has been renovating her Somerset home for the upcoming ITV series Josie Gibson's Big Country Build but confessed that the process has been so stressful that it has had a damaging impact on her eyesight.
The presenter explained: "I'm trying to do it as cheaply as possible, but I have bitten off a lot more than I can chew.
"The amount of stress it's taken to this stage is ridiculous, and everything has been on my shoulders. I've even started to have some eyesight issues because of it."
Josie – who has son Reggie, seven, from a previous relationship – has ambitions to live "off-grid".
She said: "I want to go as off-grid as I can and grow my own food.
"I've got an orchard and I'm going to start making my own cider. I'm getting bees too, and I want to make the house as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible.
"I'd love a little farm. I've already got these two crazy goats, and they keep escaping, and then I've got sheep coming next week!"
