Karl Lagerfeld’s cat inherited his fortune

The iconic German fashion designer (1933-2019) died aged 85 and his cat Choupette inherited much of his fortune, estimated to be $300 million. According to Le Figaro, the fashion mogul himself wrote her pet into his will, something which he confirmed in an interview with Numeró.

He said: "Don't worry, there is enough [money] for everyone."
