Looks like the ‘Pineapple Express’ actor took a leaf out of his own characters book.

Seth, who played Dale Denton – a recreational user in the 2008 stoner flick - said partaking was like a miracle for his undiagnosed ADHD and mild Tourette’s.

In an interview with New York Times, Seth and his dad Mark spoke out about the substance keeping him balanced.

Mark said: "We had him on a strict diet that helped keep him in balance, but it wasn't 100 percent. [That] finally made his cells relax."
