Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester

Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester, was the wife of Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester’s wife, the third son of King George V and Queen Mary.

Born Alice Christabel Montagu Douglas Scott on December 25, 1901, the duchess died in her sleep on October 29, 2004, in Kensington Palace. She was 102 years old.
