A terrible accident

In 2008, when she was just 18 years old, Charlbi and model Ashton Schnehage were involved in a terrible car crash, which left Dean severely injured as she had broken her wrists, ribs and had a collapsed lung. Following medical treatment, she took a break from the industry.
