Britt Ekland

The Swedish actress has called for the next Bond to be in the mould of the late Sir Roger Moore, whom she appeared alongside as Bond girl Mary Goodnight in 1974's The Man with the Golden Gun.

Britt, 84, told The Sun newspaper in 2020: "Roger Moore is my Bond. I like that kind of Bond – suave, elegant, well spoken, cheeky."

The Wicker Man star set out clear physical requirements for Craig's successor as the spy.

Ekland said: "I don't think he can be so young. My personal preference is that he should be tall, not an extraordinarily buff body, just fit enough.

"He should have brown hair, slightly longish, slightly below the ears. He should look approachable and have a cheeky chappy look in his eyes."
