The Virgins guitarist Wade Oates shared a fleeting moment with Lily Allen when the pair were caught kissing at Tokyo’s Fuji Rock Festival. The sighting raised a few eyebrows, but the spark didn’t seem to travel beyond the festival grounds, and nothing more came of it.
