Seb Chew (2005-2007)

The Smile hitmaker dated the music producer for two years between 2005 – 2007, before ending things to embark on a romance with Chemical Brothers DJ Ed Simons.

Whilst their relationship remained firmly under wraps, Lily confirmed the break-up shortly afterwards.

Speaking at the GQ Awards, she said: “Seb and I aren’t together anymore. I split with him a month ago so I’m single now. I always think that no one is ever going to fancy me. Part of the reason I came out tonight is because I’m back on the market and I need to get in practice. I don’t know if I can pull anymore.”

The pair reconnected almost a decade later, with Chew co-producing two of Allen’s albums: No Shame (2018) and West End Girl (2025).
