The Mad Men star explained how his therapist was able to change his way of thinking after his struggles with depression.

Speaking to interviewer Graham Bensinger in 2018, he said: "My sister was like, 'You need to see somebody... You're sleeping till four o'clock in the afternoon... You're not well.

"And for me it was like... 'Don't worry about it. I'm fine.'... This is not fine."
