Hollywood Hogan – the film career

Hogan moved into Hollywood with roles in movies such as No Holds Barred (1989), Suburban Commando (1991), and Mr. Nanny (1993) (pictured).

Though not critically acclaimed, these films solidified Hogan as a pop culture icon beyond wrestling.

Hogan once joked: “I never set out to win Oscars, brother - I just wanted to entertain.”
