Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Robert Pattinson started out his career in 2005’s ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’ as the ill-fated Cedric Diggory.

In the 2005 film, Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) is thrust into a deadly magical tournament against his will, uncovering dark plots and facing terrifying challenges as the sinister Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes) prepares to return to power.

Diggory met his end at the hands of Voldemort, and Pattinson revealed he would want to give his young wizard a second chance at life more than any of his other characters.

The actor said of Diggory’s short life: “It was a tragic one.”
