Jackie Chan made his reputation in the action genre by doing his stunts, and became the master of the most elaborate fight sequences and action scenes.

Jackie even had a brush with death during the production of ‘Armour of God’ in 1986, as a broken piece of his skull pierced his brain when a jump went wrong.

Jackie had to make a call to minimise the risks to protect his health.

In a 2012 interview with Toronto City News, he said: "Honestly, I'm not young anymore. I just don't want to risk my life."
