Paul Giamatti

Paul Giamatti took on the role of the jolly fat man for the 2007 comedy ‘Fred Claus’.

It follows Santa as he bails his older brother, Fred (Vince Vaughn), out of jail so long as he agrees to make toys at the North Pole.

The film was not a hit though as it was panned by critics and failed to make an impression at the box office.
