Kurt Russell

Kurt first took on the role of Santa in Netflix’s ‘The Christmas Chronicles’ in 2018. The film follows Santa as his sleigh breaks down in Massachusetts, meaning he must save Christmas by delivering the presents to children.

Russell reprised his role in the 2020 sequel ‘The Christmas Chronicles 2’, even writing a 200-page backstory for Santa Claus.

At the time, he said: "I took this as seriously as the world of 'Harry Potter!'"
