The former WWE star, 38, applied to the courts to end her two-year marriage to the 42-year-old dancer - with whom she has four-year-old son Matteo - in September, less than two weeks after the 'Dancing With the Stars' professional was arrested on domestic violence charges.

Nikki began looking for divorce lawyers in August, the day after Artem's arrest.

She was granted a restraining order against Artem after she claimed he "violently grabbed" her.

Their divorce was settled by November.
